MPS was officially founded and registered as S.L. Company in the beginning of 2004 by Plamen Pavlov who was previously involved in the real estate property market on the Costa del Sol.
Pavlov has been selling properties along the coast and working for the most reputable and successful real estate companies and developers. During all those number of years that he use to sell properties he has realized the necessity and demand for services that every single individual home owner needs for his property on the Costa del Sol. During his career working as a sales person he always came across the same questions such as - Spanish legality and law issues, Tax related information to non-resident ownership, Spanish wills, Town hall fees and council annual costs, Power of attorney and signing the title deeds in the Notary, Community fees, Contracts for water and electricity, Mortgage information etc. after sales services i.e. Key Holding, Maintenance, Management, Administration, Cleaning, Laundry etc. These are some of the most common questions that holiday home owners use to ask when purchasing a property on the Costa del Sol:
In October of year 2004 MPS has amalgamated with very well established building company doing building, construction; maintenance and refurbishment work in the Marbella area for 8 years with excellent reputation in the building and construction trade. This is when MPS was enlarged and the owner of “JBT Construction, Building and Maintenance” S.L. Mr. Jorge Todorov became an equal partner and co-owner of the company “Pavlov Multi Choice Group S.L.” trading as MPS-Multi Property Services. From that same day on year to date MPS prides its self of providing the full range of property services to home owners on the Costa del Sol. Currently employs 20 professional members of staff: Office, Administration, Rental and Sale Executive, Maintenance engineer, Cleaners and Professional tradesman Builders, Plasterers, Painters, Tillers, two Electricians and two Plumbers. MPS has currently 6 company vehicles and Commercial vans in order to provide the best service and work for their customers. MPS Rental, Sales and Administrative Executives together with Plamen Pavlov-the Chairman of MPS takes care of all client’s accounts, regular inspection property checks, home care and letting of properties, owners and tenants requests and issues. MPS also provides services and information on mortgages, insurances, alarms and security systems and non-resident property tax declaration.
