What experience do I need?

A. You must have adequate knowledge of the local area and basic real estate experience and possesses local market knowledge.

Can we operate out of our home?

A. NO. We do require that you have a professional office, a key contributor to the success of our business model. Based on our transitional office design, Multi Property Services will work with you to determine the best location and layout for your franchise.

Can I operate as freelance agent or as a physical person?

A. NO. We do require that you register a limited company and all legal documents are in place including VAT registration.  

Do I have to work in the business myself?

A. We require that owners or managers work in some capacity to build and maintain a successful business. At a minimum, at least one person must be committed full time to running the real estate services operation, even if they are an office manager hired by the owner(s).
