MPS offers holiday rental services and short term leases to homeowners wishing to let out their property on Costa del Sol situated in Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Elviria, Marbella or Puerto Banus.  MPS can undertake both long and short term rentals on your behalf. MPS will take care and full responsibility of all aspects of property inspection checks, renting, meet and greet service, all cleaning, maintenance and repairs. In general we recommend you letting it on long term bases, however short term, holiday rentals in highly desirable areas like front line beach, first line golf, city/town centre will give you a good overall rental return. All properties that we manage as rentals must meet our own requirements and we will determine any additional items if we feel that’s required to make it into a warm and highly desirable standard property, so we can maintain our reputation for quality. For those of you, wishing to rent out properties on a short-term or holiday bases MPS would encourage you do some home work and should you have any bookings taken your self or visitors arriving such as guests, colleagues or relatives we will take care and handle it all (MPS will not charge you any commission for bookings that are taken by your self, but you would still be liable for all other charges like cleaning, laundry, meet and greet etc). Once MPS has received a holding reservation deposit with confirmed booking you will get informed on the booked period and MPS takes care of the rest. MPS will transfer the net euros rental amount into your Spanish bank account 7 working days after the clients have checked out from your property. For reservations taken by your self we can take the payments on your behalf and charge your client via a secure credit card transaction (please note that we get charged 2% commission on all credit card transactions). MPS provides holiday makers and vacation guests with all hospitality services so your holiday vacation on Costa del Sol is pleasant and enjoyable experience and we look forward accommodating you again year after year.

MPS offers your guests or tenants airport pick up, car hire, meet and greet service,  guest welcome packs, maid service, maintenance check on arrival and departure, golf bookings, tourist or area information etc. For all holiday and short term rentals we will hold a credit card deposit as a guarantee, to cover any damages that may be incurred by the tenants. The deposit is fully refundable once inventory check has been done on departure and no damages are notified.

MPS will charge 15% commission of the total rental price and is including of 16% VAT.
MPS will provide a full cleaning and laundry services at cost and those are not included in the 15% commission
MPS will provide a “meet and greet” service at the cost of 45
