• Property Inspection Check Every Week - when your property is unoccupied, inspection after every tenancy or guest and family visits and additionally after unusual weather conditions
• Our regular inspection check includes the following checks: All areas of your property -Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living and Dinning Rooms, Hallway, Terrace, etc. and dust off all furniture and other appliances - pests and vermin and recommend remedial action - all your lights and water supply points are working - all your tabs, bath, shower, bides are functioning and flash the toilets - all of your electrical equipment and electro domestic appliances are in working order - all your security services and alarm system equipment are fully functional - check your swimming pool and garden (if applicable) - check for humidity - check your terraces, patios - check your post box, if there’s new mail arrived and send it over to you as an email attachment or uploaded under your personal owner’s login page - advice you about any necessary repairs to maintain your property in good condition
